Ingredients
| 1 | tbsp | Water |
| 1 | tsp | Sugar |
| 1/2 | Cup | Vinegar |
| 3/4 | Cup | Plain Yogurt |
| 1 | Cup | Fresh Mint - Minced |
| 2 | cloves | Minced Garlic |
Directions
This marinade works perfectly with grilled lamb chops - YUM.
Mix all ingredients up into a large bowl.
Take about 2 tbsp of the marinade and put it into a small bowl. Now add 1 tsp water. Cover this small bowl and put it in the refrigerator.
With the remaining marinade, cover the lamb chops and also chill it overnight.
The next day, grill your chops over charcoal for 5 minutes per side for rare/medium, longer if you want it well done.
Serve on a platter and use the small bowl of mint marinade as a drizzled topping.
