Vermouth Marinade

Ingredients

1 c. Soy Sauce
1 c. Vegetable Oil
1 c. Dry Vermouth

Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients. Using the mixture, marinate meat choice (preferably, steak) for several hours or overnight. Marinade may be saved for future use.
