Vegetable Combo Marinade

Ingredients

1 cup Cauliflower Pieces
5 oz Mushrooms
1 cup Broccoli Pieces
1 Cucumber, Diced Or Sliced
7 oz Jarred Marinated Artichokes
10 oz Brussel Sprouts
1 Green Pepper, Cut Into Strips
2 Carrots, Sliced
1/4 cup Parsley, Snipped
2 cups Italian Salad Dressing

Directions

Mix artichoke with liquid marinade into the Italian salad dressing and the rest of the ingredients, except the vegetables. Toss in a large bowl and pour over the vegetables, make sure everyting is coated well.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Best for grilling or frying along with meat.
