Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Cauliflower Pieces |
| 5 | oz | Mushrooms |
| 1 | cup | Broccoli Pieces |
| 1 | Cucumber, Diced Or Sliced | |
| 7 | oz | Jarred Marinated Artichokes |
| 10 | oz | Brussel Sprouts |
| 1 | Green Pepper, Cut Into Strips | |
| 2 | Carrots, Sliced | |
| 1/4 | cup | Parsley, Snipped |
| 2 | cups | Italian Salad Dressing |
Directions
Mix artichoke with liquid marinade into the Italian salad dressing and the rest of the ingredients, except the vegetables. Toss in a large bowl and pour over the vegetables, make sure everyting is coated well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Best for grilling or frying along with meat.
