Umami Korean Beef Barbeque Marinade
Ingredients
| 1 | lb | Beef Roast Cuts (rib Eye Or Sirloin) |
| 2 | tbsp | Salad Oil |
| 4 | tbsp | Soy Sauce |
| 1 | tsp | Garlic Powder |
| 1/8 | tsp | Ajinomoto Seasoning |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | Vinegar |
| 14 | tbsp | Black Pepper |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | Toasted Sesame Seeds (crushed) |
| 1/4 | tsp | Cayenne (optional) |
| 1 | Green Onion, Sliced |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (do not use metal bowl).
Prepare the slices of beef and immersed in the marinade bowl. Pat with hands until all beef slices are evenly soaked.
Cover the bowl and let chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or overnight.
Ready to barbecue.
