Umami Korean Beef Barbeque Marinade

Ingredients

1 lb Beef Roast Cuts (rib Eye Or Sirloin)
2 tbsp Salad Oil
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Ajinomoto Seasoning
1 1/2 tsp Vinegar
14 tbsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds (crushed)
1/4 tsp Cayenne (optional)
1 Green Onion, Sliced

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (do not use metal bowl).

Prepare the slices of beef and immersed in the marinade bowl. Pat with hands until all beef slices are evenly soaked.

Cover the bowl and let chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or overnight.

Ready to barbecue.
