Turkey Breast Marinade
Ingredients
| 2 | c | White Sauterne Wine |
| 1 | c | Peanut Oil |
| 1 | c | Soy Sauce |
| 2 | tsp | Garlic Salt |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients. Place turkey breast in "brown-in bag" cooking bag, followed by marinade. Squeeze to ensure maximum coverage and place twister on hold. Allow to soak for at least two hours. Bake turkey. Save marinade for gravy.
