Trout Marinade

Ingredients

2/3 c Olive Oil
1/4 c Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Grated Onion
2 tbsp Parsley
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Celery Flakes
1/2 tsp Tarragon

Directions

Put ingredients in jar and mix well. Pour on clean, dry fish in a shallow dish. Soak for 2 hours. Broil or cook over charcoal.
