Toms Meat Marinade
Ingredients
| 4 | c | Oil |
| 1 1/4 | c | Honey |
| 1/2 | c | Cider Vinegar |
| 2 | tbsp | Cider Vinegar |
| 1/2 | c | Chopped Green Onion |
| 5 | cloves | Garlic, Crushed |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp | Ground Ginger |
Directions
Best for 20 pounds worth of flank steak. Mix ingredients and toss into large garbage bag; toss meat in with marinade. Turn a few times before placing bag in refrigerator overnight; remember to turn every few hours. Cook.
