Ingredients
| 1 | large clove | Garlic, Minced |
| 1/2 | tsp | Whole Basil, Crushed |
| 1/4 | tsp | Whole Oregano |
| 1/4 | tsp | Rosemary |
| 1/4 | tsp | Thyme, Crushed |
| 1/4 | tsp | Salt |
| 1/8 | tsp | Pepper |
| 2 | tbsp | Red Wine Vinegar |
| 2 | tbsp | Olive Or Salad Oil |
Directions
Mix ingredients of marinade thoroughly. Peel and thinly slice tomatoes; cover them in the marinade and leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Remember to turn tomatoes over. Serve with lettuce.
