Ingredients
| 2 | Med. Tomatoes, Sliced | |
| 1 | Med. Cucumber, Peeled And Thinly Sliced | |
| 1/2 | Med. Onion, Thinly Sliced And Separated Into Rings | |
| 1/2 | c | Salad Oil |
| 1/3 | c | Vinegar |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | tsp | Dried Basil, Crushed |
| 1 | tsp | Dried Tarragon, Crushed |
| 1/8 | tsp | Pepper |
Directions
In a shallow glass dish, place the tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers in layers. Then combine the rest of the ingredients using a rotary beater. Pour over the layered ingredients, cover, refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Drain liquid into separate container use the serve the vegetables as salad.
