Tomato Onion Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 c Tomato Juice
1/2 c Oil
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 c Onion Slices
2 tbsp Minced Parsley
1 small clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Thyme Leaves
Salt To Taste
Black Pepper To Taste

Directions

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and combine. Add meat, mixing well for even coating. Cover and let set in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Drain. Cook.
