Three Citrus Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 cup Olive Oil
4 cloves Garlic, Minced
2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
3 Crushed Bay Leaves
3 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.

Pour over chicken and marinate 2 to 3 hours.
