Teriyaki Marinade For Chicken And Steak

Ingredients

1/2 c Vegetable Oil
1 c Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
3 cloves Garlic, Mashed
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger Root, Grated
2 tbsp Sherry (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Use to marinate meat for 4-12 hours in refrigerator. Use remaining marinade to baste while cooking.
