Ingredients
| 1 | bottle | Low Salt Soy Sauce |
| Grated Fresh Gingerroot To Taste | ||
| 1-2 | cloves | Garlic, Minced |
| 2-3 | tbsp | Brown Sugar |
| 1-2 | tsp | Lemon Juice |
| 1-2 | tbsp | Oil |
| 1/2 | c | Cooking Sherry |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and use to marinade, beef or chicken for a few hours, or fish for one hour.
