Teriyaki Marinade - Chicken
Ingredients
| 1/4 | c | Cooking Oil |
| 1/4 | c | Soy Sauce |
| 1/4 | c | Dry Sherry |
| 1 | tsp | Ground Ginger |
| 1 | clove | Garlic |
| 2 | tbsp | Garlic |
Directions
Toss all ingredients together save for molasses, and mix well. Put chicken in Ziploc bag and pour in the marinade. Let soak overnight. Pour marinade out into bowl, add molasses. Use concoction to baste chicken. Grill or broil meat as desired (15 minutes recommended).
