Teriyaki Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Cooking Sherry
3/4 tsp Ginger

Directions

Recipe good for one pc chicken; increase according to number of chicken pieces. Mix all ingredients together and use to soak chicken at least thirty minutes before grilling. Use remaining marinade to baste while grilling.
