Teriyaki Beef Marinade

Ingredients

Teriyaki Beef Marinade

1 tbsp Garlic - Crushed
1/4 cup Red Wine
1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp Ginger - Crushed
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Directions

Get all the ingredients together in a bowl and stir until well blended.

Take about 1/3 of a cup of the marinade and set it aside for steak sauce.

Pour the marinade over the beef and marinate it anywhere from 3 hours to overnight.

NOTES ON THE SAUCE: Strain out the garlic and bring the sauce to a boil. Once boiling, add cornstarch and water to thicken to achieve desired consistency. Now you can use the sauce for gravy when serving your meat.
