Tender-up Beef Marinade
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 | c | Vinegar |
| 2 1/2 | c | Water |
| 3 | Onions, Sliced | |
| 1 | Lemon, Sliced | |
| 12 | Whole Cloves | |
| 2 or 3 | Bay Leaves | |
| 6 | Pepper Corns | |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp | Salt |
Directions
Best used for grilled roast. Mix all the ingredients together and leave them to set for about 24 hours in room temperature. Put roast beef in same container and refrigerate for 24 hours (for mild taste) or two to three days for stronger taste. Grill for 15 minutes on each side.
