Tangy Roast Or Steak Marinade

Ingredients

Tangy Roast Or Steak Marinade

3 tbsp Wine Or Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1/4 cup Red Wine
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Vegetable Or Peanut Oil
1 1/2 tsp Good Seasons Italian Dressing

Directions

Optional Extras:
1/2 tsp - celery salt
1/2 tsp - Dry mustard
2 tsp - chives or shallots

NOTE: if you want a spicier marinade, add 0.25-0.5 tsp of hot red pepper, cayenne or hot sauce.

Start by adding together all the above ingredients. A blender makes a wonderful way to save time and muscles.

In a sealable bag, let the steak soak in the marinate for 4-8 hours (for best results - overnight).

Cook on your grill until you think its done.
