Tangy Fresh Vegetable Marinade
Ingredients
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 4 | Stalks | Broccoli |
| 8 | Whole | Mushrooms - Slived Or Halved |
| 1 | Whole | Green Pepper - Diced |
| 3 | Stalks | Celery - Sliced |
| 1 | Whole | Cauliflower - Small |
| 3 | Whole | Carrots - Sliced |
| 1 | Whole | Red Onion - Sliced |
| 1 | Cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tsp | Dry Mustard |
| 1/2 | Cup | Vinegar |
| 1 | Cup | Cooking Oil |
| 2 | tsp | Poppy Seeds |
Directions
Mix the Sugar, Mustard, Salt, Vinegar, Cooking Oil and Poppy Seeds first into a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Next, Prepare the vegetables- Parboil the carrots and break the Broccoli and Cauliflower into florets.
Combine the Sugar mixture with the vegetables. Place vegetable marinade in the refrigerator at least 3 hours.
Serve.
