Tangy Beef Marinade

Ingredients

3/4 c Vegetable Oil
1/4 c Red Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Dry Minced Onion
2 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Powdered Horseradish
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients and place inside a jar. Cover the jar with its lid (tightly) and shake. Place beef cut on shallow dish and cover with marinade. Cover dish with wrap and put in refrigerator. Let seep for six hours, turning as needed. Use remaining marinade for basting while grilling.
