Swordfish Grill Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/4 tsp Minced Fresh Ginger
1 clove Crushed Garlic
1/2 cup Red Wine Salad Dressing
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Pour over swordfish and marinate for 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Grill fish steaks, turning often every 5 minutes. Baste with the leftover marinade to prevent swordfish from drying.
