Super Marinade For Steak

Ingredients

1/4 c. Lemon Juice
3/4 c. Oil
1 tsp Garlic Puree
6 to 8 Peppercorns
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 c Vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Onion Juice
2 tsp Smoke (liquid)
Salt And Pepper To Taste

Directions

Ideal for large steak (serving for four). Mix the ingredients together. Put steak in Zip-Loc bag and pour marinade in. Shake and leave in room temperature for four to five hours, turning regularly. Cook outdoors.
