Steak Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 c Olive Oil
2 cloves Cloves Chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Sugar
3/4 c Wine Vinegar
1/4 c Dry White Wine
1/2 c Worcestershire Sauce
1 c Catsup
1 tbsp Mustard
1-1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Thyme

Directions

Recipe good for all steak cuts. Throw all ingredients to a pot and bring them to a boil. Lower the temperature and cook for five minutes. Brush onto meat while grilling.
