Ingredients
| 2 | tbsp | Fresh Ginger |
| 2 | tbsp | Garlic |
| 1/4 | cup | Miren Sweet Wine |
| 1/2 | cup | Lemon-lime Juice |
| 1 | cup | Soy Sauce Or Tamari |
| 3 | tbsp | Vegetable Oil |
| 1/2 | tsp | Red Pepper Flakes |
Directions
Add all ingredients together and mix in blender.
Pour marinade on chicken or fish about half-an-hour to an hour (30-60 minutes) before barbecuing.
For Fish - Works best on tuna, swordfish, or fresh halibut.
