| 1/4 | c. | Dry Sherry |
| 1 | tbsp. | Fresh Ginger, Finely Chopped |
| 2 tsp. | Garlic, Minced | |
| 2 tsp. | Sugar |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients until the sugar dissolves. Use the marinade for pork or chicken.
Combine all ingredients, mixing until sugar dissolves. Use to marinade and baste charcoal chicken or pork.
