Ingredients
| 1/8 | tsp. | Ginger |
| 1/4 | tsp. | Dry Mustard |
| 3 1/2 | tbsp. | Molasses |
| 1 | tbsp. | Soy Sauce |
| 1/8 | c. | Water |
| 1/8 | tsp. | Onion Powder |
| 1/8 | tsp. | Pepper |
| 1/8 | tsp. | Garlic Powder |
| 1 | tbsp. | Vinegar |
Directions
Mix ingredients together in bowl (a large butter container works well). Soak meat in marinade at least 4 hours, or up to 2 days. Stir the meat around in the marinade 2-3 times before cooking, like every 2 hours, if doing for 4 hours.
