Simple Shish Kabob Marinade

Ingredients

1/8 tsp. Ginger
1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
3 1/2 tbsp. Molasses
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/8 c. Water
1/8 tsp. Onion Powder
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Vinegar

Directions

Mix ingredients together in bowl (a large butter container works well). Soak meat in marinade at least 4 hours, or up to 2 days. Stir the meat around in the marinade 2-3 times before cooking, like every 2 hours, if doing for 4 hours.
