Sherry Marinade For Shish Kabobs

Ingredients

2/3 c. Soy Sauce
1/4 c Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Oil
1/4 tsp. Cracked Pepper
1 clove Garlic (minced)
3 tbsp. Sherry
1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger (grated)
1/2 tsp. Msg

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and use for beef, pork, chicken, etc. Thread on skewers with vegetables of your choice and grill. While cooking meat, baste with marinade.
