Ingredients
| 1 | can | Peas - Drained |
| 1 | can | Sweet Corn - Drained |
| 1 | can | Lima Beans - Drained And Rinsed |
| 1 | cup | Celery - Finely Chopped |
| 1 | cup | Cucumber - With Rind - Finely Chopped |
| 1 | cup | Green Pepper - Finely Chopped |
| 3/4 | cup | White Vinegar |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 | cup | Salad Oil |
Directions
Mix White Vinegar, Sugar, Salt and Salad oil together in metallic sauce pan.
In another pan, add Peas, corn, beans, celery, cucumber, Green Pepper and onion.
Bring the vinegar mixture to a boil.
Cool and pour marinade over the vegetables.
Eat.
