Sesame Marinade
Ingredients
| 2 | cm | Ginger, Chopped |
| 1 | tsp | Thyme Leaves |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic |
| 25 | ml | Sesame Oil |
| 75 | ml | Red Wine Vinegar |
| 50 | ml | Olive Oil |
| 100 | ml | Dry White Wine |
Directions
Put the ginger, thyme and garlic in the bottom part of the Flavour Shaker™, drop the ball in and screw the top on tightly. Shake for about 20 seconds until everything’s smashed to a paste.
Unscrew the Flavour Shaker™ and add the sesame oil and vinegar. Screw the top back on and shake to mix everything together.
Pour the contents of the Flavour Shaker™ into a bowl, stir in the olive oil and white wine and your marinade is ready!
Serving suggestion:
Mix with juicy prawns or tuna steaks and leave to marinate for 30 minutes before cooking – delicious!
