Ingredients
| 2 | lbs. | Salmon Steaks |
| 1/2 | c. | Brown Sugar |
| 4 | tbsp. | Melted Butter |
| 3 | tbsp. | Soy Sauce |
| 2 | tbsp. | Lemon Juice |
| 2 | tbsp. | Dry White Wine Or Water |
Directions
Marinate the fish for about 1 hour. Broil the fish for 7 minutes. Baste the fish with the marinate while cooking.
Marinate for an hour or so. Broil for 7 minutes to a side. Baste often with marinade.
