Rumsteak Marinade
Ingredients
| 1 | bottle | Dark Beer |
| 2 | tsp | Garlic, Chopped |
| 2 | tsp | Minced Shallots |
| 2 | tsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 | pc | Pimentine Of Chile Sauce Caribbean |
| 2 | pc | Oranges Or Orange Juice |
| 4 | tsp | Brown Sugar |
| 1 | tsp | Mustard |
| 2 | tsp | Olive Oil |
| Salt, Pepper |
Directions
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Rest: 60 minutes Cooking time: 3 minutes
Preparation
In a bowl mix beer, garlic, shallots, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, orange juice, brown sugar and mustard.
Mix well.
Then add 2 to c s olive oil.
Ask the rumsteaks in a rectangular dish.
Baste with marinade.
Book, 60 minutes, minimum.
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Pour the marinade into a saucepan.
Carry it to a boil.
Then Reduce heat and continue cooking until it has a syrupy consistency.
It will only take about 4 minutes.
Epongez steaks.
Rub them with olive oil remaining.
Let the roast, 2 min, and a 1 min on the other side.
Salt and pepper the meat.
Divide in the plates.
Baste with sauce to beer.
Tasting:
Accompany an assortment of grilled vegetables and a potato shirt.
