Rosemary Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 c. Salad Oil
1/4 c. Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Crushed Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 c. Onion, Sliced

Directions

Mix all the ingredients. Pour it over chicken or lamb. Allow it the meat to soak for about 8 hours before cooking.
