Ingredients
| 1 | tsp | Ground Pepper |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | Salt |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, Minced |
| 2 | tbsp | Rosemary, Chopped |
| 1 | whole | Lemon Or Lime |
Directions
Start by finely grating the zest or your lemon or lime and place to the side.
Next, take mixtures of salt, pepper, and any of your favorite herbs, and rub them over your lamb several hours before grilling. This helps enhance the flavor.
Then, lightly cover your lamb with some vegetable oil and pour on your marinade.
Once your lamb is covered in the spices, zest, oil, and marinade above, let it stand for 30 minutes to soak in.
Then cook as desired.
