Red Wine Beef Marinade

Ingredients

Red Wine Beef Marinade

Salt - As Desired
1/8 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Red Wine
Pepper - As Desired

Directions

Stir the wine, water, lemon juice, soy sauce, and Worcestershire Sauce in a saucepan and heat just enough for everything to mix thoroughly.

Pour marinade over your meat and place in refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Rub as much salt and pepper into the meat as you want.

Cook at 250-275F degrees until a meat thermometer displays 140 degrees for medium rare, or 160 degrees for well cooked.
