Raspberry Marinade

Ingredients

3 c. Fresh Raspberries
1 c. Raspberry Vinegar
3/4 c. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Fresh Thyme

Directions


Mix the raspberries and the vinegar. Allow to boil for about 1 minute. Add in the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture onto the meat and marinate overnight. Grill the meat. Baste in occasionally with the marinate. Makes 6.
