In a big jar, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice. Let mixture stand overnight.
Prepare beef fajita slices and pour marinade mix. Store again for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Baste meat with marinade. Serve hot with Pico de Gallo sauce.
