Italian Marinade Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Head Cauliflower, Cut Into Flowerets
  • 1 medium bunch Broccoli, Cut Up
  • 2 Green Peppers
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 8 Carrots, Peeled & Sliced
  • 3 pkg Good Seasons Italian Dressing Made Without Water
  • Green Onions, If Desired
  • 1 lb Mushrooms, Sliced

Directions

Cut all vegetables into flowerettes or slice as appropriate. Place all sliced vegetables, except mushrooms, in jar or bowl. Make dressing following package directions, but do not include water. Pour dressing over vegetables, stir or shake until coated. Refrigerate overnight. Add sliced mushrooms 3 to 6 hours before serving.
