Tart Beef Brisket Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Garlic Salt
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • 10 oz Soy Sauce
  • 1 can Beef Consomme

Directions

Blend ingredients.
Place both brisket and marinate in bag for 24 hours. (Preferably in the refrigerator)

Remove from bag and bake 4-5 hours at 325 degrees.
