24 Hour Meat Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Bay Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Vinegar
  • 2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 drops Tabasco

Directions

Combine all the above ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix completely and use to coat your favorite type of beef. Let marinade in the refrigerator for around 24 hours before cooking the meat.
