Heat all the ingredients, make sure to dissolve the sugar. Do not boil or the mixture may dry up.
Heat just until all the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool before pouring over meat.
Pour over ribs, fish or chicken and let stand overnight.
Marinade is best when used with chicken cuts.
1/2 c. water 1/3 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
