Spicy Herb Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 1/3 c. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Onion, Instant
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tsp Chicken Or Beef Instant Bouillon
  • 1 tsp. Thyme Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. Oregano Leaves

Directions

Mix all the ingredients. Marinate the meat in a shallow dish or plastic bag. Allow it to soak for 4 hours or overnight. Baste the meat with the marinade while cooking.
