Spicy Chicken Marinade/basting Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Crushed Garlic
  • 1/4 c. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 c. Wine Vinegar

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan. Allow it to boil for a few minutes. This marinade can be used to baste chicken for broiling or barbecuing. Allow the meat to marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.
