Wine Marinade For Shrimps

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oilive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1 tbsp Minced Dry Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

In a Zip-lock plastic bag, place 1 pound of shelled shrimps, and pour over the marinade. Close the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

When ready, arrange the shrimps on skewers. Grill, brushing often with leftover marinade.
