Soy Sauce Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Salad Oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Liquid Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients. Marinade pork, chicken, or beef before grilling.
