Shish Kabob Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Vinegar
  • 1/2 c Oil
  • 1 sm. Onion, Chopped
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Mace
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. Cloves
  • 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce

Directions

Combine in all the ingredients. Marinate the meat for several hours.
