Fresh Carrot Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Can Tomato Soup
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

Directions

Add all these ingredients to a pan, stir gently and bring it to a boil for a few seconds.

This marinade goes great with the following:

1 lb - carrots
1 Whole - onion
1 Whole - pepper

So if you want, take your marinade and pour over your vegetables.

Cover your vegetable/marinade mix and refrigerate for about 24 hours.
