Teriyaki Marinade For Beef/chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 c Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. Place meat in glass casserole container (flat) and pour concoction over meat. Cover and refrigerate for three hours (at least), turning hourly. Use remaining marinade for basting while grilling or broiling.
