Beer Marinade For Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Beer
  • 1/2 c. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley, Chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Onion, Chopped

Directions

Place the chicken in the marinate for a few hours. While grilling, brush the meat with the sauce.
