Beefiesta Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Sirloin, Cubed
  • 1 tbsp. Meat Tenderizer
  • 3 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Celery Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Onion Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
  • Vegetables & Fruit To Go On Skewers With Meat

Directions


Place the meat in the marinate for 24 hours. Put in the beef and vegetable pieces on the skewer. Drizzle it with vegetable oil. Grill until medium rare.
