Marinade Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 lg Onion, Diced
  • 1 lg Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 2 lbs Carrots, Sliced, Cook Until Almost Tender
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 3/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions

Combine the tomato soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, dry mustard and pepper to make the marinade. Mix all the other ingredients with the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
